Serving Instructions

Oven – Remove lid and label and cover with tin foil. Heat in a 170C preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes or until heated through. Check product while heating as oven times may vary.
Microwave –  – remove label and lid and cover with plastic film. Place in centre of microwave and heat for 1-2 mins if thawed & 2-3mins if frozen on high or until heated through. Only heat one meal at a time.

    This is such a delicious vegan dish! I had mine over rice on a cold Melbourne day and it hit the spot! 5 stars 🙂

    Nice meal but was still a bit hungry. Should have gone for 400g meals for a dinner.
