Oven – Remove label and lid and cover with foil. Preheat oven 160C & heat for 5-10 min (thawed), 10-15 min (frozen).
Microwave –Remove label and lid and cover with plastic film. Heat for 30 seconds to one minute.
Check product is heated through as cooking times may vary depending on oven performance.
