Vegan red curry stirfry with tofu
Mild Thai red curry tossed with delicious tofu, chickpeas and baby corn.
Microwave – Loosen lid and place in centre of microwave and heat for 8-10 minutes if frozen or 5-6 minutes if thawed or until heated through.
