Vegan Coconut Tofu & Mushrooms with Pineapple Fried Rice
A delicious combination of pineapple, mushrooms, cashews, capsicum, carrot and celery , topped with crumbed fried tofu.
Oven – Remove lid and label and cover with tin foil. Heat in a 170C preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes or until heated through. Check product while heating as oven times may vary.
Microwave – Loosen lid and place in centre of microwave and heat for 6-8 minutes if frozen or 3-4 minutes if thawed or until heated through.
