Vegan Eggplant Parmigiana


Grilled sliced eggplant on a hearty tomato base, seasoned with basil and rosemary.

Serving Instructions

Oven – Remove lid and label and cover with tin foil. Heat in a 170C preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes or until heated through. Check product while heating as oven times may vary.

Microwave – Loosen lid and place in centre of microwave and heat for 6-8 minutes if frozen or 3-4 minutes if thawed or until heated through.

    Oh my goodness! Yum yum yum! I got two portions in my 400g box so meal lasted 2 dinners when I added a side dish. Excellent value for money and so delicious!
