A combination of red and white quinoa and brown rice with raisins, kale and almonds. Ideal as a side dish.

Serving Instructions

Oven – Remove lid and label and cover with tin foil. Heat in a 170C preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes or until heated through. Check product while heating as oven times may vary.
Microwave – Remove label and lid and cover with plastic film. Place in centre of microwave and heat for 2-3 minutes if frozen or 1-2 minutes if thawed on high or until heated through. Only heat one meal at a time.

Ingredients : Brown Rice (28%), Red Quinoa (14%), White Quinoa (14%), Water, Raisins (raisins, vegetable oil), Peas, Corn, Spinach, Almonds, canola Oil, Salt, Pepper, Onion, Garlic.

    This is a good side dish. We are not vegan but enjoyed it with one of the Last Minute Chef meals for a lazy supper.
